ICRAVE, a Journey studio, creates bold, immersive experiences—blending interiors, and digital innovation across hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, healthcare, airports, and mixed-use spaces. With a two-decade–plus legacy of defying conventions, ICRAVE relentlessly pushes the boundaries of what's possible in spatial and experience design.
We define a holistic vision for all touchpoints: the physical spaces, brand identity, digital solutions, and operational strategies. Driven by nearly two decades’ experience, our process delves deep to understand each client’s business, assess objectives and develop strategies that align the brand for success.
We're the team behind JFK Airport's game-changing Terminal 5 experience and the award-winning JPMorgan Chase lounges, where we transformed waiting time into quality time. We've reimagined cancer care at Memorial Sloan Kettering, proving out the healing properties of empathetic design. And when MSG set its sights on Las Vegas, where it wanted to create the planet’s most immersive entertainment venue, they called us to design the interior experience of the Sphere.
