Ideate Innovation is a human-centered research and design firm that works to understand people’s experiences, design solutions that tackle complex problems, and pave the way for a more equitable world. We build user-centric products and services, emphasizing that great design stems from careful research and a deep understanding of user needs, goals, and technological capabilities. To achieve this, we have built a team with backgrounds in ethnography, design, social sciences, qualitative research, data analysis, and product development; allowing us to bring a diverse set of expertise and experiences to every problem.

Over the last 8 years, we have worked with partners in fields like gender equity, financial wellness, healthcare, social protection, agriculture, and more. These projects have helped us build and hone key skills needed when working in complex, unpredictable environments: empathy, curiosity and adaptability.

We are driven by the values of informed empathy, iterative learning, and collaborative design. These values guide our approach to uncovering rich insights and crafting solutions that authentically meet the needs of people at the heart of the challenge.
