About Idrætshøjskolen in Sønderborg

From our park, we have direct access to on of Sønderborg's best bathing beach. We are surrounded by the most amazing nature, which gives us the best conditions in the courses: adventure, windsurfing, sailing, canoe and kayak.
In the park, we have our own beach volley courts. We have a climbing wall, soccer fields, slack line,ultimate, cricket, disc golf and park golf.
Besides that, we have a indoor swimming pool with sauna, a gym, two sports halls, a large indoor climbing wall and fitness.
