Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP) is the Independent Market Operator of the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market and Central Registration Body for Retail Competition and Open Access which aims to pursue the WESM objectives of having a fair, competitive, and reliable market for the trading of electricity across the country.

IEMOP runs the electricity market by, among other things, managing the registration of market participants, receiving generation offers, coming out with market prices and dispatch schedules of the generation plants, monitoring the day-to-day market trading, and handling billing, settlement, and collections.
