IGC Oman

The Integrated Gas Company (IGC) was established in December 2022 with a clear strategic vision to manage all allocations, assets, rights, and obligations related to the purchase, sale, import, export, and transportation of natural gas and related products on behalf of the government of the Sultanate of Oman.

The company aims to raise the efficiency of managing the gas sector, ensure the efficiency of applying the terms of contracts signed in this sector, whether with producers or consumers, develop a gas allocation strategy, implement government policies and plans on gas selling prices and quantities allocated to sectors, sell gas to gas-based projects, increase the volume of economic activity and the added domestic value of the gas sector and related activities.
