Our name says it all.

The Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession or “IILP” is all about inclusion. We are driven by a desire to make the legal profession one in which anyone with the requisite talent, aptitude, determination, discipline, and integrity can enter it and rise as high within it as those abilities will permit. Everyone has a place within IILP, and we include everyone in our work. Everyone is welcome in IILP.
