SME Productivity & Decent Work

ILO SME Productivity & Decent Work brings together ILO’s Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work and the Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) Programmes to promote productivity and decent work across enterprise, sector and policy levels in emerging economies.

These two ILO global programmes focus on addressing constraints to productivity growth and promoting a business case for decent job creation. They conduct market research, develop strategies for improved productivity and working conditions, and embed SCORE Training into local SME development policies to ultimately strengthen the capacity and ownership of national partners.

The programmes are funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
