IMI Industrial Services Group is a verified VOSB Licensed General Contractor, in business since 1988. Safety is uncompromised by scheduling constraints, weather, deadlines or profit margin. Our dedicated Safety Professionals ensure all aspects of our operations are conducted in the safest manner possible.

IMI provides turnkey facility maintenance services using our millwrights, electricians, piping and construction crews. Field services include process piping, sanitary piping, equipment installation, and equipment rebuilds. IMI offers maintenance contracts and facility stores management.

IMI's Corporate office in Watkinsville, 10 miles south of Athens, GA. Our satellite field offices are located in Covington, GA, serving Metro Atlanta; Augusta, GA, serving Thomson, Warrenton, Grovetown, North Augusta, Graniteville, Trenton, Aiken, and Columbia, SC; and Greenville, SC, serving Upstate South Carolina.

In addition to our Field Services, IMI offers precision machining services, with fast turnaround, making replacement parts to OEM specifications and reproducing parts from worn or broken samples. We offer CNC and conventional machining and large capacity milling and turning up to 38” x 23’ and 80" x 12'; water jet offers 5’ x 10’ capacity, up to 6” thick.

Our fabrication capabilities include structural fabrication, piping and modular fabrication, material handling equipment, assembly carts, below-the-hook lifting devices, and custom fabrication, including stainless steel and aluminum fabrication; and we offer surface preparation and finishing.
