About ImpulsoBeta
Our story begins when Renata Moraes, our CEO and founder, found herself alone in male environments in the corporate world. This inspired her to start a business that would help promote gender equality in companies.
Since then, we have been able to follow the increasing relevance of the diversity agenda in society and companies. We expanded our operations to different pillars in addition to gender that are the focus of organizations' Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies: race, generations, LGBTQIAP+ and people with disabilities.
In 2015 we chose the name ImpulsoBeta inspired by the concept of BETA in technology. When a solution is said to be in beta, it is because it is still in the testing phase to reach the "state of the art".
This is how we feel: always in beta and reinventing ourselves to support a society undergoing rapid transformation.
What moves us is to dream of an inclusive future for all people, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, exploring new ways of contributing to the world of work.
