Overview
About in-EV
in-EV is a company fully dedicated to providing researchers with innovative, cutting-edge tools and services for research on extracellular vesicles (EVs, of which exosomes).
in-EV was created in December 2024 as a subsidiary of Ciloa SAS, a pioneer in exosome R&D with over 14 years of experience in bioengineering exosomes to develop a new generation of vaccines and therapeutic vectors.
in-EV catalogue includes:
- Extra pure EVs, either standard or customised, fully characterised using standardised quality controls. Customised EVs are bioengineered using Ciloa technology, allowing to i) target proteins at the EV surface or ii) load proteins into the EV lumen without overexpression or modification of natural EV proteins.
- Kits to isolate and purify EVs from different sources, with different levels of purity.
- Kits to characterise EVs for the presence of EV markers, for purity and integrity, for the absence of contaminants and for the localisation of cargoes.
- Services to contribute to EV research projects: regular services (EV production, EV purification and EV characterisation) and unique EV bioengineering services.
