Whether you are supporting a client at a service or out in the field you can use In-Form to record and report on the casework that you do. Whatever support you are providing, In-Form can be customised to meet your needs. You can build custom reports and dashboards with real-time data on all aspects of your work.
As standard, In-Form includes Outcome Stars and other monitoring tools, needs and risk assessments, plus group sessions/activities and safeguarding concerns. There is an optional housing management module where you can manage rent, bedspaces, and maintenance. If you are running a Housing First project, there is also a tailored solution for this on In-Form.
