In-House Agency Council (IHAC)

The In-House Agency Council believes that In-House Agencies enhance effectiveness, improve efficiency, promote ownership, and positively impact culture. We partner with leading experts in in-house marketing to conduct surveys on IHA’s for the purposes of comparing with peers and building in-house marketers’ capabilities. The IHAC champions commerciality by leveraging the benefit of IHA’s proximity to commercial decision making. We teach our community members how to be more commercially minded marketers by bringing client and agency leaders in to teach the principles of commercial decision making, strategic prioritisation, brand growth modes and marketing ROI. Identifying opportunities for efficiency, performance improvement and key issues. We exist to help businesses maximise their in-house agencies by attracting the best talent, building capability, and sharing best practices.
