In Motion Counseling

In Motion Counseling provides mental health therapy to individuals over 12. We are a group private practice that specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. We offer accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming services.
Our services include Walk and Talk Therapy, Brain Spotting, and EMDR. We also provide presentations, webinars, and other psychoeducational services. Supervision for clinical licensure is offered.
