Location: Palmyra, PA (just east of Hershey)

Duration: 10–12 weeks, Mid-May through Early August

Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, days, and evenings as needed; Memorial Day holiday off

Compensation: Paid internship program

About In The Net Sports Complex

In The Net is a 35-acre sports and recreation complex featuring indoor and outdoor venues with artificial turf and natural grass fields, serving youth sports teams from across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and the U.S.

Internship Tracks Available

You may indicate interest in one or multiple focus areas below:

1) Business & Marketing

Assist the Marketing Specialist with promotion of events on social media
Assist with project planning, organization, and execution
Compile and submit inventory/orders to the front office
Support concessions and/or apparel sales
Conduct competitive price comparisons

2) Operations

Assist with event setup and breakdown
Serve as tournament staff/official and customer service support
Work directly with front office to execute events
Perform basic grounds crew duties and facility clean up
Support staff supervision and documentation of inventory

3) Athletic Field & Grounds Management

Plan and schedule routine athletic field maintenance
Perform hands-on field work and quality control checks
Assist with product ordering and inventory control
Support supervision of field staff and daily tasks

General Requirements (all internship tracks)

Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
Willingness to work outdoors as needed
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs or heavy materials
Reliable transportation and housing (not provided)
