"Education from the very beginning" is the guiding principle of our 20 daycare centers. By actively participating in and helping to shape life together in the daycare center, children learn to shape their own lives today and in the future. The pedagogical basis is the situational approach: education and upbringing are always linked to the diverse living environment and cultural background of the children and their families. In this way, we support the children's ability to cope well with themselves, with others and with the world. We strengthen the children's cultural self-confidence and give space to the family languages. It is a matter of course for us that all children learn to speak German well. We invite parents to play an active role in shaping their child's life at kindergarten. We offer flexible childcare and opening hours to make it easier to combine work and family life. In close cooperation with companies, we develop company-supported childcare services.
