About INAEC Aviation Corporation
INAEC proudly traces its roots back in 1932 when it started as Iloilo-Negros Air Express Company, the first airline in the Philippines. It was reborn in 1993 initially to serve the aviation needs of the Lopez Group of Companies.
With its strict adherence to international standards and the characteristic Filipino service of warmth and professionalism, the INAEC brand is synonymous with safety, excellence, and integrity.
At present, INAEC is the sole domestic air transport provider for oil and gas producers in the Philippines. INAEC has also become the air charter provider of choice to select clientele of known and established VVIPs, here and abroad.
From domestic and international air charters, INAEC has since expanded its services to include aircraft management, aircraft maintenance, ground-handling and fixed base operations, and aviation training.
In 2018, INAEC developed its own aviation training arm through the Herminio C. Brion Aviation Training Institute, focusing on aircraft familiarization, type-rating, and other trainings required under the Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR).
In 2019, INAEC obtained its International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BA0) Stage 1 Certification. This marked the first time a holder of a Philippine Air Operator Certificate (AOC) has been accorded such distinction.
In 2021, notwithstanding the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, INAEC remained true to its commitment to safety and excellence and achieved its IS-BAO Stage 2 Certification, again remaining the only Philippine AOC holder to do so. INAEC remains the only AOC holder with an IS-BAO Stage 2 Certification in the Philippines.
