Institute for Social Capital

The Institute for Social Capital specialises in social capital and organisational culture research and training. We work with organisations of any size however typically the larger the organisation the more benefits will come from social capital and positive organisational cultures.

We are at the leading edge of current knowledge on social capital and organisational culture by conducting our own research and contributing to scholarly knowledge. This is a very complicated field with relevant research being conducted in numerous disciplines including business, sociology, psychology, political science, health, environment, and a range of other areas where the concept is being applied.

The core of our business is working with organisations that would like to improve their social capital and organisational culture. We have the expertise to develop programs for social capital building and improvement of organisational culture. We also provide capacity building for employees of organisations that would like to develop and implement their own programs.

We work in three key interrelated areas: research, consulting, and training.
