Institute for Sustainable Development - EPLO

The Institute for Sustainable Development, a division of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), is dedicated to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fostering Sustainable Development, promoting the Blue Economy, and supporting the European Green Deal. Established in 2017 in partnership with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), our mission is to enhance implementation and governance capabilities in both developed and developing regions. While physically located within EPLO offices, we operate as a global hub, facilitating knowledge exchange and expertise-sharing across diverse geographies. We collaborate closely with the European Governance and Law School (ELGS), EPLO's academic branch, and our network of member institutions spanning over 100 locations worldwide.
