International Food Additives Council (IFAC)

The International Food Additives Council (IFAC) is a global association representing manufacturers of food ingredients. IFAC serves as an expert resource on national and international regulatory, scientific, and consumer issues for its members, allied organizations, regulatory agencies, and standard setting bodies. IFAC members are headquartered on four continents and distribute products to nearly every country in the world. Membership is open to any organization producing or using food additives or ingredients.
