C. is a professional corporation whose primary business is civil engineering design and planning in the state of Texas under Texas Board of Professional Engineers (TBPE) firm registration No. F-001343. We have done work for private developers, municipal clients, institutional clients, government agencies and owners. We have worked on developmental projects, commercial and residential projects, erosion control, drainage, paving projects, water supply, water treatment and distribution, and the collection and treatment of sanitary sewer. We look to the future with new and innovative ways to approach and complete projects in a cost effective and timely manner.
