About Jericho Circle Project
Jericho Circle is a "deep work" rehabilitation program for incarcerated individuals and returning citizens. During our weekly circles and weekend intensives, justice-involved individuals and outside volunteers face hard truths, process challenging emotions, heal painful wounds from the past, and fight to reclaim the full brilliance of our individual and shared humanity.
We tackle head-on tough issues such as addiction, rage, violence, revenge, self-sabotage, fear, family dysfunction, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict, disconnection, unforgiveness, loneliness, and despair. We also provide cutting-edge group leadership and facilitation training that translates readily into business, family, and community leadership contexts.
Our primary base of operations is MCI-Norfolk, a medium security state prison in Massachusetts. We have recently opened chapters at the Maine State Prison in Warren, ME, and MCI-Framingham, the MA state women's prison. We are also developing a reentry program serving returning citizens in the greater Boston area and beyond.
