With our own day boat we catch fresh Jersey crab, lobster, whelks, this combined with our HACCP run processing facility at our locally based fisheries farm, we bring you the most delicious, freshly caught daily seafood with fresh hand picked crab meat, fruit de Mers, lobsters and lots more.
