JINGDONG Property, also known as JD Property or JDP, is a leading modern infrastructure investment and asset management platform under JD.com. We specialize in the investment, development, and management of logistics parks, business parks, data centers, and other infrastructure assets.
As of June 30, 2025, we oversee more than 270 modern infrastructure assets worldwide, with a total gross floor area (GFA) exceeding 26 million square meters and an asset management scale of over USD 15 billion.
