JLA's team is currently composed of six legal professionals: two partners, a lawyer, two lawyers-in-training and one legal assistant. Although still small in number, this team holds a unique professional competence in Timor-Leste, which results from the partners' and associates' quality experience and training, both nationally and internationally.

The professional relationships that JLA's professionals have been developing, through national and international networks and partnerships, significantly increases the capabilities and quality of legal services to all major areas of domestic and international law.
