The JNV Group traces its entrepreneurial journey back to 1977 when the Sujan Group was founded. It began as a small manufacturing unit in Mumbai, established by the Sujan Brothers and Mr J K Vasdani. By 1982, the Group had evolved into an ancillary for renowned automotive brands on a global scale. Since its inception, JNV Ventures has not only entered into two major joint ventures with Continental AG and Cooper Standard Automotive but also formed partnerships with various global companies and managed research and development (R&D) centres across diverse industries.
Today, the JNV Group serves multiple domains, including Automotive (two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles), Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Railways, Aerospace-Defence, Industrial applications, Agricultural, and Healthcare applications.
