该职位来源于猎聘【职位描述】 1. 作为公司重点培养人才，通过系统培训、轮岗实践、基层岗位历练、导师带教，完成各阶段培养任务，按时达成培养目标； 2. 前期需经过同城市场BD岗位深扎，培养方向为同城市场BDM，晋升发展方向为城市主理人。【岗位职责】 1.同城市场BD： 1）通过地推、陌拜等方式，负责中小商户(如餐饮、茶饮、鲜花、蛋糕、商超类）配送业务的开发； 2）负责商户关系维护，推动解决客户问题，满足客户需求； 3）收集并分析所在区域的市场信息及竞对分析，发现问题并提出相应解决方案。 2.同城市场BDM 1)承接战区销售政策落地执行，负责BD团队目标制定与拆解，确保业务指标达成； 2）负责BD团队业务培训、辅导及团队氛围建设，做好核心客户维护与陪访，提升团队整体竞争力。【任职要求】 1. 2026届应届统招本科生，专业不限，【需提前实习】，有服过兵役优先考虑； 2. 做过学生会/社团类管理者，组织过学院级活动/项目，具有相关基层岗位或销售岗位实习经验； 3. 目标感强、自驱力强，具备较强的责任心，自主学习能力突出，吃苦耐劳； 4. 认同企业文化，能接受基层轮岗与阶段性培养安排，有志于长期在企业发展。【我们提供】 1. 完善培养体系：专属导师+系统培训+多部门轮岗+清晰晋升通道； 2. 有竞争力薪酬：固定薪资+年终奖金，实习期间150元/天，提供6个月1000元/月房补； 3. 全面福利保障：五险一金、带薪年假、节日福利、生日福利、团建活动、餐补/通讯补贴； 4. 快速晋升通道：表现优异者可提前定岗、破格晋升，1-2年成长为基层管理/骨干人才。
