工作职责集中在四个层面：销售管理、团队管理和家长沟通。
销售管理
管理销售团队完成月度和年度销售指标
监管和协助销售表现，保证团队成员和整体销售进程按计划发展
整合各类外部资源以扩大潜在客户资源
发起、计划和执行与销售相关的项目
团队管理
制定和传达团队愿景，激励员工实现目标
总结业务报告和数据分析，从中发现销售机会和资源渠道，并采取措施实现目标
招募、指导和发展团队，营造一个通过鼓励和授权而使员工不断超越自我的环境
定期回顾并向员工提供客观反馈
变革发起人：快速适应总部实施的变革，并为员工的成功调整提供各项支持
高效、恰当地解决内部冲突和紧张气氛
基本要求
本科以及以上学历
5年以上相关行业销售管理工作经验 ，留学方向更佳 热爱教育行业，热爱孩子
能够发起、计划和执行与销售相关的项目，在规定时间内实现项目目标
结果导向，商业敏感度强、抗压力强
良好的沟通能力和团队精神
熟悉办公自动化软件
