What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
- Design engaging and practical curricula by turning learning objectives into clear lesson plans and learning modules.
- Review and improve existing curriculum so it remains effective, easy for teachers to implement, and exciting for students.
- Support and mentor teachers on instructional best practices, helping them create more interactive and experiential learning environments.
- Identify gaps in student engagement or learning outcomes and develop creative strategies to address them.
- Work closely with product and academic teams to integrate technology and modern learning approaches into the curriculum.
- Observe classroom implementation and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency across programs.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
- Around 3–5 years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of student behavior and classroom dynamics.
- Experience creating original teaching materials, programs, or innovative learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or Backward Design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, academic teams, and product teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to keep up with evolving trends in education and learning.
