Welcome to Love's: The Account Representative will act as the primary point of contact for Love’s factoring clients. This position will be responsible for processing collateral and preparing daily funding requests for factoring clients.
Job Function
- Act as primary point of contact for the client and assess the client’s needs.
- Provide consistent, personalized service and proactive communication to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Review invoice schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Make outbound calls to clients as needed.
- Answer or route inbound calls to appropriate department or person.
- Purchase invoice schedules.
- Monitor invoice quality.
- Collaborate with inter-department on issues that arise with your book of clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 years of experience working in a factoring, commercial finance, collateral analysis, or banking environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage changing deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to manage competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or customer service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial.
- Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
