Job Description
AdMedia is currently hiring an experienced and driven Product Manager Leisure who can blend productdesign thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution skills. You will define the product vision, identify and track the North Star metrics, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
Key Skills : Product Design, Jira, NorthStar metrics, Stake Holder Management, PRD.
Shift Timing : Day Shift (Must be flexible to attend calls in the late evening)
Key Strategy & Metrics
- Define and maintain the North Star metric and supporting KPIs for the product.
- Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with business and user needs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging product experiences
- Participate in wireframe and prototype reviews to ensure design feasibility.
- Create clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Manage and track tasks in Jira to ensure on-time delivery.
- Align product priorities with business stakeholders and ensure transparency in progress.
- Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Analyse market trends, user feedback, and usage data to iterate product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams; ability to understand tech stacks, APIs, and integrations for informed discussions and decisions
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of product design principles.
- Experience defining and tracking North Star metrics.
- Proficiency in PRD writing and using Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Data Driven and analytic dashboard for data is must to have.
