AIKO is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day organizational and operational activities.

The role includes travel arrangements, office supply management, small shipments, and coordination with suppliers, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company’s daily operations.

Part-time, 21 hours per week, 7-months contract.

Tasks

  • Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and business trips.
  • Coordinate internal office supply orders and equipment needs.
  • Handle shipments and relations with couriers and logistics providers.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and assist in obtaining quotes.
  • Support internal meeting logistics and office coordination.
  • Update operational documents and data registers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or operations roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with office tools (Excel, Office Suite or similar).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in travel management.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers or light procurement activities.
