Key Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T's latest wireless products and services in a retail setting
- Deliver personalized support by identifying and meeting each customer’s needs
- Assist with service enrollments, upgrades, and billing questions
- Create a welcoming, professional customer experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership for continued growth and performance
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
- A team player with a positive, motivated attitude
- Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required
- Guaranteed base pay with uncapped commission
