
Branch Supervisor

Ensure that the branch is able to achieve target sales and expenses.
Approve expense: (petty cash, utilities, canvasses & POs, cellphone load, etc)
Submit monthly KPI reports and conduct monthly general meetings including daily huddles.
Monitor Compliance
Daily roving and check on safety & security, housekeeping, inventory arrangement, facilities maintenance and product displays.
Counter check daily collection, petty cash and shipment funds; and resolve shortages
Facilitate safekeeping of daily cash sales in vaults
Ensure that cashier and accounting follows payment posting and invoicing policies
Closely monitor open PLs, undistributed collections, overdue invoices and un-encoded sales returns for audit compliance
Resolve customer complaints and implements preventive solutions (CCRF)
Sign on PL cancellations for IT, sign on JOs for CM adjustments, and approve new customer and credit line requests for sales
Post stock adjustments for daily cycle count
Ensure that security guards are aware of their duties and emergency numbers
Approve other requests for tools and equipment (form).
Ensures processing of permits and renewals with Liaison Officer including vehicle registration.
Verifies scrap sale and disposals to Area Manager.
Report to Area Manager all gray areas and other significant concerns.
Manage People
Supervise branch personnel for onboarding, disciplining, performance evaluations
Apply for Alliance guest users, approve leaves, overtime, and sign gate passes
Provide coaching , feedback and training to new and existing personnel as needed
File incident reports, conduct investigations & resolve disciplinary issues /audit call-outs
Coordinate with HR Team for manpower issues and form submissions
Make recommendations to area manager to re-designing work or re-assigning personnel for faster and more efficient work
Takes over in case of absence of subordinates for key position
Coordinates with HR as liaison and interviews applicants (if any)
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- 2-3 years in a Supervisory role in Retail/Wholesale (if you've managed people, inventory, and the occasional last-minute crisis, you're already ahead!) .
- Understands how to keep things running efficiently because a well-managed branch is a happy branch.
- Comfortable using computer software
- Open-minded, supportive, and knows how to bring out the best in the team
- Preferably residing near Cebu City for convenience
