Description

• Create 3D models and high-quality renderings (interior/exterior)
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into visual outputs
• Work closely with architects, designers, and graphic/CGI team to ensure design intent
• Set up lighting, materials, textures, and composition for realistic visualization
• Produce still images, animations, or VR/AR walkthroughs (if required)
• Revise and optimize renders based on feedback from team/clients
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years experience in architectural visualization or related field
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
  • D5 / Lumion
  • SketchUp + V-Ray / Enscape / D5
• Good understanding of:
  • Lighting, composition, materials
  • Interior/architectural design basics
• Ability to read CAD drawings (AutoCAD, Revit is a plus)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• Good teamwork and Ability to communicate in English for work purposes
• Ability to apply AI tools to improve workflow and productivity
  

Preferred Skills (Plus)

• Experience with Unreal Engine / Twinmotion / VR
• Post-production skills (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Animation and walkthrough experience
• Knowledge of real-time rendering workflow
