- Utilize and/or learn computer systems such as Open Dental, Microsoft Office, and other necessary software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service, scheduling, and phone experience preferred
- Dental office experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to type at least 40+ WPM accurately
- Dependability, punctuality
