We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our expanding Complex Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting others to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial clinical assessments for new complex care packages across the East Anglia region.
- Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Provide specialised clinical training to care staff, including but not limited to:
- Catheter care (urethral and suprapubic)
- Stoma care
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
- Carry out competency assessments and ensure care teams are confident and safe in delivering delegated healthcare tasks.
- Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery.
- Support ongoing clinical governance, quality monitoring, and service development.
- Registered Nurse (Adult)
- NMC Pin in good standing.
- Experience in complex care, community nursing, or a similar role.
- Confident in delivering clinical training and assessing competencies.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and travel across the East Anglia region.
