- Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
- Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
- Education: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Google Suite, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, and manage customer accounts.
- Working Conditions: 5x onsite, shifting schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.

Given the worsening traffic in major urban areas from the lagging infrastructure development in the country, Filipinos require more and better transport options, whether to transport themselves, or to have items delivered. We believe that motorcycles are low-cost, versatile, and most of all, already widely adopted for personal use and therefore an effective solution. They are currently underutilized though as a for-hire service, and it is our mission to increase their accessibility to more people.
