In this position, you will respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, communicate dispositions, research and resolve issues, and research orders — ensuring accuracy, speed, and reliability at every step.

Working at the heart of a dynamic, technology-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep business moving and support innovation across industries.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns handling, discrepancy resolution, support with customer credit issues, and other related assistance to sales team members and external customers.
  • Identify, investigate, and actively participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, contributing to the achievement of key performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong customer relationships are maintained, resolving customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
  • Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records accurately, ensuring all customer and order information is up to date and compliant.
  • Apply and continue to build a strong working knowledge of the organization, role, practices, and procedures to become proficient in all aspects of the job.
  • Perform tasks that are semi-routine in nature, while recognizing when alternative solutions are needed to address more complex situations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively establishing priorities and managing time to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams to support overall business objectives.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to requests from both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Understand the impact of your decisions on the department, recognizing that errors may affect time, resources, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Person

  • Speaks fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills, including email, phone communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Has solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Brings at least one year of related experience, although this is not mandatory.
