Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global strategic intelligence firm in their search for a Customer Success Specialist based in Cebu City.

Salary Range: up to ₱35,000

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x RTO)

Shift Schedule: 3PM-12MN

Location: Taguig City

The role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Specialist to help drive client engagement and enhance the overall user experience across our digital platform. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding user behavior, and delivering timely communication and support to ensure continued platform adoption and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Track and evaluate client engagement, platform usage, and content interaction trends
  • Develop tailored content recommendations based on client interests, activity, and engagement patterns
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding platform enhancements, new releases, updates, and upcoming initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage client requests, concerns, and operational follow-ups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-related platform concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Gather client insights and feedback to support process improvements and content strategy enhancements
  • Contribute to client retention efforts by promoting engagement and long-term relationship building

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, client services, account coordination, project support, or related roles
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Background in content creation, copywriting, or newsletter development is an advantage
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Analytical and customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to interpret client engagement data
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
  • Familiarity with Airtable or similar collaboration tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
