Help us Shape the future
Madano is committed to building a better world through intelligent and creative communications. We work with clients who are solving the major challenges of our time through science and technology – helping them tell their story, make the right connections, change attitudes, and influence behaviours.
Our people are highly motivated and engaged, always encouraged to make their voices heard and given the opportunity to progress. And while we deal with serious issues, we make sure we don’t take ourselves too seriously along the way. Questioning accepted wisdom, always looking for alternative solutions, ours is culture where everyone pulls together to make a lasting difference.
Who We Work With
From pioneering start-ups to global organisations, our clients are united by one thing: they’re solving tomorrow’s problems today. And they trust us to tell their story, engage their stakeholders, and build lasting reputations.
How We Work
We combine:
- Deep sector expertise – in energy, health (especially pharmaceuticals and life sciences), tech, and beyond
- Data-driven insight – because decisions should be grounded in evidence
- Creative communications – that move hearts and minds
- A clear purpose – to build a better, more informed world
Because the way we talk about big issues—from net zero to AI to healthcare—shapes how society responds to them. And at Madano, we believe that better communication leads to better outcomes.
The I&D practice helps clients set strategy, deliver their objectives and demonstrate value. We combine behaviour change theory, innovative quantitative and qualitative research, and data science to help businesses and organisations achieve and demonstrate impact.
