Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others. We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

🕙 Hours: Backshift, 10 am – 8:30 pm, 5 days over 7
💰 Salary: £ 29,765 per year

We’re looking for proactive, team-focused individuals to join our Despatch Team in Glasgow. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that values its people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Accountabilities
As a Despatch Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Your day-to-day will involve:
✅ Picking & Loading: Accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles.
✅ Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.
✅ Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.
✅ Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
✅ Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely (training available if needed).
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Warehouse experience
🔹 Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately
🔹 A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
🔹 Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
