
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ /Syracuse/ Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing architecture, lead development, and implement user lifecycle, provisioning, and certification workflows aligned to business needs.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design and architect identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ to support enterprise access management needs.
- Lead development and customization of SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, certifications, and lifecycle management processes.
- Implement and manage integrations, connectors, and provisioning/deprovisioning for user and application lifecycles.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and solution quality.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and coordination with cross‑functional stakeholders for IAM initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, support, and maintain SailPoint IIQ implementations to ensure stability, compliance, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proven hands‑on expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, including workflow customization, rules, certifications, and user lifecycle management.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise identity governance solutions with integrations using Java, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and Active Directory.
