Digital Marketing Consultant | Lifecycle, CRM & Customer Experience

A growing B2B business is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Consultant to review their current digital setup and help define a clearer structure for their customer journey and lifecycle marketing.

Their product offering is strong and they have an established customer base, but their digital marketing has evolved in a fairly ad hoc way. They now need someone to step in, workshop the current state and help bring structure and consistency across digital and lifecycle activity.


This is a hands-on contract focused on:
  • Mapping and improving the end-to-end digital customer journey
  • Defining a clear lifecycle marketing and communications approach
  • Email marketing and basic automation setup
  • CRM structure and optimisation (currently very light and underdeveloped)
  • Improving digital customer experience and key touchpoints
There is also scope to make practical recommendations around website and broader digital presence.

To be suited, you are/have:

  • Strong experience across digital marketing, lifecycle, CRM, and email automation, with a track record of building structure in less mature environments.
  • Quick to analyse current processes and work directly with the team to shape direction through practical working sessions.
  • Hands-on digital marketer who is equally comfortable thinking and doing, and who can turn complexity into simple, usable systems.
