Director, Program Management

1. About Our Client:

The organization operates within the Data & Technology sector, focusing on developing an operating system that streamlines company workflows, beginning with CreateOS and expanding across various business functions. It addresses the challenge of coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives to deliver integrated systems with tangible operational impact.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Director, Program Management role is central to transforming strategy into execution by aligning product, engineering, design, and platform teams. This position ensures the delivery of cohesive, end-to-end systems through effective orchestration of dependencies and progress tracking against strategic objectives as the organization scales.

3. Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional execution aligned with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes

• Manage delivery across pods, overseeing dependencies, sequencing, risk, and alignment

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to operationalize strategy

• Lead organizational readiness and transition planning for new systems and workflows

• Establish scalable operating rhythms, communication practices, and execution frameworks

• Facilitate organizational alignment via program reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting

• Lead cross-functional issue resolution to sustain momentum and delivery quality

• Support evolution of organizational processes including agile, change management, and AI-enabled workflows

• Perform other duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum 7 years in program management or related roles within software or technology organizations

• Experience working with product, engineering, and design teams on complex software systems

• Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives through implementation and platform scaling

• Strong systems thinking and operational leadership skills

• Experience driving organizational change and evolving delivery practices at scale

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and AI-enabled operational practices

• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executives

• Strong organizational judgment to drive alignment and accountability

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $180,000 - $200,000 per year

• Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and overall fit
