Salary: $85,000 - $90,000/year – based on experience

- Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community
- Ensure that appropriate staffing levels are met that meet the needs of the community and state guidelines
- Solid performance management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectations
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of annual budgets for the community, collaborating with the management team to ensure that all departments consistently meet monthly budget guidelines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Human Services, required
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years related experience required
- The ability to be licensed and in good standing, as an administrator for assisted living, within a prescribed time frame in states requiring such a license/certification
- Experience working in senior care and dementia preferred
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
