Groundskeeper/Landscaper

Job Description

Position Summary:

Local commercial property management company seeks self-motivated full-time Groundskeeper/Landscaper

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general building upkeep duties as assigned
• Inspect building exteriors and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness
• General exterior clean-up, mowing, watering, irrigation maintenance/repair, tree/bush trimming & pruning, new plantings, lot blowing, bark dusting, snow removal
• Exterior paint and graffiti removal as needed
• Report any potential hazards or future actions needed
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have your own transportation that can haul a small utility trailer
• Assist Construction Supervisor, and Maintenance tech as needed
• Occasional overtime

Education and experience required:

• General knowledge of building/property maintenance (at least 1 year of previous experience in groundskeeping or a related trade is preferred
