We are now looking for an experienced leader to join a growing product team and take a key role in driving the strategic and operational development of our innovative digital solution designed to enhance security and support a safety critical work environment
About The Role
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the development of secure, safety‑critical digital products. You will set strategy, shape the roadmap, and ensure strong product–market fit through customer insight and data.
You will work hands‑on with business models, pricing, user insights, and product performance. Additionally, you ensure that the team has what they need to deliver exceptional customer value.
This role can be based in either Björbo or Borlänge, in Dalarna.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a cross‑functional product team
- Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Drive business models, pricing, and P&L
- Define and follow up KPIs
- Enable team performance and remove blockers
- Lead customer discovery, user insights, and needs analysis
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who can navigate both long term vision and day-to-day execution. You combine strong analytical thinking with curiosity, customer focus, and a drive to make things better. You create clarity, build trust, and bring people along, fostering an environment where your team can perform at its best. You thrive in dynamic environments, collaborate effectively across departments, manage diverse stakeholders, and use insights to guide decisions.
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within SaaS, PaaS, or tech
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- MSc in Industrial Engineering and management, or similar
- Experience driving business development and/or intrapreneurial initiatives
- Strong skills in product strategy, road mapping, and customer discovery
- Solid understanding of business models, pricing, and KPIs; P&L experience is a plus
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SaaS metrics and common product tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Category B driving license and ability to travel
