This role supports both our Monterey residential program and Pacific Grove PHP/IOP program.

As a Housekeeper at Alsana, you will help create a clean, welcoming space that supports clients, families, and staff across our treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout client rooms, common areas, offices, and facility spaces
• Clean and care for floors, furniture, windows, linens, and other facility furnishings as needed
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, linens, towels, and toiletries
• Support a safe, organized, and well-maintained environment by reporting maintenance or repair needs
• Follow infection control, safety, and housekeeping standards while protecting client confidentiality
• Assist with additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping, commercial cleaning, hospitality, or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
