We deliver support in all areas of administration, including donor care and engagement, donation processing and receipting, treasury management, accounting, reporting, financial planning, U.S. and international taxation, human resources, payroll, and benefit administration, all of which form a strong support foundation vitally important to front-line mission success. We also provide support in the areas of immigration, security, and risk management.
Axia International seeks part-time and full-time candidates for our HR & Customer Care Associate position. Ideal candidates have a passion for serving others and for the areas of Human Resources and Customer Care, plus demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness. Additionally, candidates should be able to work 15 hours or more, plus enjoy working in an office environment and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on all HR matters such as onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and communication, performance management, training and development, benefit administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide professional and courteous care to donors and team members via video calls, phone calls, and email, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Support special projects as may be required
Qualifications
- High integrity, enthusiastic, and passionate, able to build positive relationships and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and communication skills
- Demonstrated comfort working with technology and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Care is a plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is a plus
- Certification or license in Human Resources (e.g., PHR) is a plus (or aspire to obtain)
- Non-profit experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
