- Duration: 4 Months
- Job Location: Banani, Dhaka
- Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 1 PM to 10 PM
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
- Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Introducing him/her to the team and supervisor and/or manager.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days).
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
- Graduating BBA students majoring in HRM.
- Candidates must have completed all academic courses except the internship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in G-Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic and self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset.
